A: Yes, you are welcome to visit our factory and talk business face to face.

Fly to XIAO SHAN AIRPORT, HANGZHOU CITY, 200 km from Jinhua. Then it takes 2 hours by driving to Jinhua
Choice B:
Fly to PUDONG or HongQiao AIRPORT, SHANGHAI CITY, 400 KM FROM JINHUA or Huaiyin city
Then it takes 2.5hours by "D" express train to Jinhua city.
Or 4 hours by driving to Jinhua city or Huaiyin.
Choice C:
Fly to YIWU AIR PORT, YIWU CITY.

★★ SAMPLE ARRANGEMENT
Q: How and when can I get a sample for testing your product quality? Do I need to pay for samples?
A: If we already have a dealer/agent in your area, you can contact them for samples or future orders.
If there are no importers or dealers or agent in your area or you prefers to get sample from us directly, you can pay the sample cost and/or the freight cost to us, then we can arrange the sample within one week.
As regarding sample cost, if the sample itself values very small, we arrange free samples with freight to be collected.
If the sample itself values a lot, you have to pay for both sample cost and the freight cost.
★★CATALOGUE & PRICE LIST
Q: Can we get your paper catalogue and price list?
A: Yes, we can post the printed catalogue to you. However we prefer to sending clients the electric version of catalogue via mail or via online transferring because the paper catalogue is most often out of date comparing to our fast updating new products range.
Refer to price list, we can e-mail or fax you price list based on your specific request models and quantities.
★★ EXCLUSIVITY AND AGENTSHIP
Q: If we want to be an Exclusive agent/distributor in our country or sate, how shall we do?
A: Should anyone want to be an exclusive agent/dealer, he/she has to order a certain quantity of commodities from us within a certain period. For different product lines, we have different minimum order limit, so plz contact us directly for further details.
★★ OEM FOR CUSTOMER'S LOGO/BRAND
Q: If we order your products, can we use our own logo and our own brand name?
A: For most of our products, we say “Yes”, you can select your own name/logo, we work as your OEM. If you have your own design, that's perfect; if you do not have your design, we can design for you.
While for some of our products models are our patent design in the world, they have to be sold under the favor of our own brand. plz contact us directly for details
★★ PAYMENT TERMS
Q: Which Payment Terms can be acceptable?
A: You can pay to us via the following ways,
1) T/T----Telegraphic Transfer, you can wire the money to us via your local international bank or via internet online transferring, that's fast and easy.
2) L/C-----Letter of Credit, we only accept Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight, opened by a first class international bank.
3) Cash--- For sample order or parts order in small sum, you can pay in cash.
4) West Union Payment----- Most overseas clients prefer to use this kinds of payment terms, we are sorry that we do not accept such payment terms as it’s too complicated and the money often fails to reach us. What’s more, we cannot get tax drawback from the government hence we shall lose a lot.
5) Visa or Master------- Cause most of our products have to be exported by normal export customs entry clearing, we do not accept these private card payment.
★★ DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING
Q: How long can we get our cargoes once we confirm the order? Can you arrange shipping to our office? Is drop-shop acceptable?
A: Our usual delivery time for the confirmed order is 15--35 days according to different product lines.
We can arrange shipping to your nearest port by our affiliated professional international shipping forwarders. Then you can pick up your cargoes in your local port/dock.
Refer to DROP shopping, we can arrange some models which are in small package, low value, and easy to be shipped by air.
Q. Your M.O.Q(Minimum Order Quantity)?
A: Our usual mini order is a full container (20’ FCL or 40FT FCL), but if it is the 1st time we cooperate, you can mix several models in one container.
★ ★ WARRANTY & QUALITY GUARANTEE, SPARE PARTS
Q： What about your warranty and quality guarantee terms?
A: For some frequent using or daily using scooters and bikes, we provide 3 months warranty.
For those high value on road SUV, Karts and motorboats, we provide 6 months warranty.
For boats we provide 12 months warranty.
For outboard motors, we provide 500 hours running or 12 months warranty.
1---2% spare parts will be send to you with no charge while your order is based on FCL quantities or bulk quantities.
★★ INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS
Q: Do your products have international standard certificate such as CE, EPA, and FDA, and so on? Can you provide us with enough import licenses or files?
A: Generally, we have CE, EEC, EPA certificate for most of our products. To different country, we may need different international approval/certificate, so please let us know the specific products models you want to order, then we shall tell you what specific certificate or homologation file we have. And we can work together to get those files which are needed for your importing permission.
