Q: WHERE IS YOUR FACTORY LOCATED IN? CAN WE GO TO YOUR PLANT TO CHECK AND TALK BUSINESS FACE TO FACE? HOW CAN WE REACH YOUR PLANT WHEN WE REACH CHINA?

Q: How and where can I get a sample?

A: If we already have an dealer/agent in your area, you can contact them for sample.

If there are no importers or dealers in your area or you prefer to get sample from us directly, you can pay the sample cost and/or the freight cost to us, then we can arrange the sample within one week.

★★CATALOGUE & PRICE LIST

Q: Can we get your catalogue and price list?

A: Yes, if you do need, we can post the printed catalogue to you. However we prefer to sending clients an electric version of catalogue via mail or via online transferring because the paper catalogue is most often out of date comparing to our fast uodating new products range.

★★ EXCLUSIVITY

Q: If we want to be an Exclusive agent/distributor in our country or sate, how shall we do?

A: We usually do not offer exclusivity to clients because we have many bulk orders from clients all over the world. Should anyone want to be an exclusive agent/dealer, he/she/they have to order a certain quantity of commodities from us. As per different types of products, we have different minimum order limit, so pls contact us directly for further negotiation.

★★ OEM FOR CUSTOMER'S LOGO/BRAND

Q: If we order your products, can we make our own logo using our brand name?

A: For most of our products, we say Yes, you can select your own name/logo. If you have your own design, that's perfect; if you do not have your design, we can design for you.

While for some certainl models which is our patent design in the world, it has to be sold under the favor of our own brand. plz contact us directly and specify logo case and model No. in every order.

★★ PAYMENT TERMS

Q: Which Payment Terms can be acceptable?

A: You can pay to us via the following ways,

1)      T/T----Telegraphic Transfer, you can wire the money to us via your local international bank or via internet online transferring, that's fast and easy.

2)      L/C-----Letter of Credit, we only accept Irrevocable Letter or Credit at sight, opened by a first class international bank.

3)      Cash--- For sample order or parts order in small sum, you can pay in cash.

4)      West Union Payment----- Most overseas clients prefer to using this kinds of payment terms, we are sorry that we do not accept such payment terms as it’s too complicated and the money often fails to reach us.

5)      Visa or Master------- Cause most of our products have to be exported through normal customs entry, hence we have to get enough valued foreign exchange in our company’s bank account, so we cannot accept these private card as payment terms.

★★ DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING

Q: How long can we get our cargoes once we confirm the order? Can you arrange shipping to our office? Is drop shopping acceptable?

A: Our usual delivery time for a firm formal order is 15 days.

We can arrange shipping to your nearest port by our affiliated professional international shipping forwarders. Then you can pick up your own cargoes in your local port/dock

Refer to DROP shopping, we can arrange some models which are in small package, low value, and easy to be air shipped.

Q. Your M.O.Q(Minimum Order Quantity)?

A: Our usual mini order is a full container (20’ FCL or 40FT FCL), but if  it is the 1st time for client to order from us, you can mix several models in one container.

Q： What's your warranty and quality guarantee terms?

A:  For most low valued products such as R/C toys, off road vehicle and bikes, we provide 3 months warranty against delivery.

For those high value on road SUV, Karts and motorboats, we provide 6--12 months warranty against delivery

1---2% spare parts will be send to you with no charge while the order is based on a full container.

Q: Do your products passed the international standard certificate, can you provide us with enough import licenses or files?

A: Generally, we have CE, EEC, EPA, UL certificate for most of our products.To different country, we may need different international approval/certificate, so please let us know your specific inquiring products, then we can let us know what specific certificate or homologation file we need for you.
